This paper presents a translational concept for modulating biological age through the interaction of gut microbiome regulation and neurophysiological modulation mechanisms. The proposed framework explores the role of Saccharomyces spp. in supporting intestinal barrier function and immune homeostasis, alongside a neuroacoustic model of systemic regulation via central nervous system pathways.

The concept is positioned as a space-health–relevant supportive system, with potential applicability both in extreme environments and terrestrial longevity-oriented technologies.

    The future of health technologies may lie not in isolated interventions, but in integrated regulatory systems capable of supporting biological stability under extreme stress conditions — both in space and on Earth.
    What makes this concept particularly important is its systems-level approach: combining microbiome-driven immune modulation with neurophysiological regulation into a unified adaptive framework. In an era where chronic inflammation, stress-related dysregulation, and accelerated biological ageing are becoming increasingly common in everyday life, such technologies may have significance far beyond aerospace medicine.
    The low-resource, non-invasive nature of the MSPM/NASP framework makes it especially relevant not only for long-duration space missions, but also for terrestrial applications focused on resilience, healthy ageing, metabolic stability, and recovery from modern environmental stressors.
